Financial Information	If you make a purchase on the Platform, we may collect your Contact Information, billing number, billing address, credit card number, expiry date, CVV code, as well as your purchase details. Sometimes we may direct you to an authorized third-party payment processor to process the transaction. In such an event, we will redirect you to a payment processing portal hosted by a third-party payment processor. Account Information	To access and use our Platform, you may be required to create an account using your Contact Information, username and password. Mobile application use	Some of our mobile applications tools such as geolocation, camera, and notification services (“mobile tools”). If you consent to such mobile

Mobile Applications: From time to time, we may offer certain mobile apps, including iOS applications (“Apps”), for download. We will use commercially reasonable efforts, given the limitations imposed upon us by third-party providers such as Apple Inc. and Google Inc., to clearly disclose what, if any, information is collected by the App, how it is used, and with whom it is shared. We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures in an effort to safeguard the Personal Information in our custody and control against theft, loss, and unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure. 2021 Stanley Park Brewing^® Fruit Stand Mix Pack In-Case Enter For a Chance to Win

CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS (the “Contest”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Must be a resident of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba (the “Participating Provinces”) and of legal drinking age in your province of residence to participate. During the Contest Period, consumers can look for a unique PIN code (the “Contest PIN”) printed on the inside of specially marked 12 x 355mL packs of Stanley Park Brewing Fruit Stand Mix Packs (“Participating Product”). Specially marked cases are available while supplies last. Contest starts on or about April 1^st, 2021 and contest closes August 31^st, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (the “Contest Period“).

1. ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to any legal resident of the Participating Provinces who is of legal drinking age in their province of residence, who is not an employee, contractor, agent or representative of Stanley Park Brewing Company (the “Contest Sponsor“), or their affiliates, agencies, distribution companies, and who is not an employee of the applicable liquor authorities, participating liquor licensees, the independent contest organization agencies, prize suppliers, the contest judge, or a member of the immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling, child) of, or domiciled with any of the foregoing persons. The provincial liquor authorities are not connected with this contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way for any matter which relates to this contest.

To be eligible, participants must have online access with a valid e-mail address as of the date of their entry. Each unique Contest PIN can only be entered once. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address by an online service provider, Internet access provider or other organization responsible for assigning the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. An entrant may be required to provide the Contest Sponsor with proof that she or he is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

2. HOW TO PLAY

During the Contest Period, in order to submit an “Eligible Entry”: find a Contest PIN printed on the inside of specially marked packs of Participating Product or obtain one through no purchase necessary entry (see below). Go to https://www.stanleyparkbrewing.com/fruit-stand-contest/ by scanning the QR Code found on Participating Product packaging or relevant advertising material for this Contest and follow the instructions to enter the unique Contest PIN for your chance to win. Once the Contest PIN has been entered, you will be taken to a page where you will be asked to select one of three Prize Packages (defined below), each represented by one of the three new flavours of Stanley Park Brewing Sunsetter. Selecting a Prize Package provides the opportunity to submit an entry to participate in a draw for that Prize Package. Follow the instructions in the proceeding pages to reach the Contest entry page where you will complete your entry by entering your name, email, phone number, postal code, confirming you are of legal drinking age in your province of residence, and agreeing to abide by the Contest Rules as well as the Contest Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions. Three winners will be randomly selected in order to give away each Prize Package. NOTE that shipping of prize is restricted to the Participating Provinces. Entrants must complete the contest form in its entirety and be in compliance with these contest rules in order to be eligible to win. Entries must be received prior to 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, August 31^st, 2021 (the “Contest Close Date”). Entries received after the Contest Close Date are void.

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

To receive a Contest PIN without purchase, please send a postage stamped envelope to “Stanley Park Brewing Contest”, Fruit Stand Mix Pack In-Case Pin Code (8901 Stanley Park Drive, Vancouver BC, V6G 3E2, Attn: Marketing Department). Limit one request per envelope. Include your name, return mailing address, the statement “I am a resident of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba and of legal drinking age or older in my province of residence.” and your signature. Requests must be received in time so that a Contest PIN can be mailed to you in time to participate before the Contest Close Date. While supplies last.

4. PRIZE

There are a total of three “Prize Packages” available to be won. Prize Package 1 consists of an electric assist bike; Prize Package 2 consists of a Thule Roof Top Car Tent, a Guardian Cooler and a Double Folding Lawn Chair; and Prize Package 3 consists of Home Patio Furniture (Collectively, the “Prize(s)”). The approximate retail value of each Prize Package is $5,000 CAD. All Prizes must be accepted as awarded. The Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitutions, except by the Contest Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Contest Sponsor will mail the prize directly to the British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba address that the confirmed winner has indicated on their entry form. Contest Sponsor will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Delivery may take up to 60 days from the date a winner is declared.

DRAW

Entries will be stored in a Contest database and will be drawn in accordance with these Official Rules. The Prize draw will be conducted by the Contest Sponsor’s authorized representative, located at 8901 Stanley Park Drive, Vancouver BC, on or about September 1, 2021, at 11:00:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. Odds of winning a Prize Package depend on the number of Eligible Entries received for each Prize Package. The same person may submit more than one entry to any Prize Package draw. The winner of a Prize Package draw remains eligible to participate and have a chance of winning in the other Prize Package draws, provided they had submitted an Eligible Entry for such Prize Package draws. The Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except at the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. AWARDING OF PRIZES

The selected entrants will be notified by the Contest Sponsor or Administrator via email within twenty-four (24) hours following the draw in question. The entrant must then contact the Contest Sponsor by email to claim the prize. If the entrant has not contacted the Contest Sponsor or Administrator within twenty-four (24) hours, the entrant will receive another notification. If the selected entrant has not contacted the Contest Sponsor or Administrator within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification by the Contest Sponsor or Administrator, another entrant may, at the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion, be selected by random draw in which case that entrant will become the selected entrant and the previously selected entrant then will be disqualified and have no right to any Prize.

6. CONDITIONS AND RELEASE

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant(s) must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question administered at a time and in a manner to be determined by the Contest Sponsor or the Administrator. Before the prize is awarded, each prize winner consents to a standard declaration of compliance with the Official Rules and release form(s) releasing the Contest Sponsor (including its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents), its parent companies, subsidiaries, professional advisors, provincial liquor authorities and advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the Contest, including, without limitation, liability arising from the acceptance of and usage of the prizes as awarded, the administration of the Contest and the selection of a potential winner. By entering the Contest and/or accepting a prize, the entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability whatsoever and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of, or in connection with, the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including without limitation claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

7. GENERAL

Contest PINS obtained through unauthorized sources or which are not original or are illegible, altered, reproduced, stolen, forged, counterfeited, irregular, or that contain printing or other errors are void. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash surrender value and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize, or a portion thereof, with (a) prize(s) of equivalent or greater value for any reason. The decisions of the Contest Sponsor and/or the Administrator are final and each entrant agrees to abide by all of the instructions and decisions of the Contest Sponsor and/or Administrator. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Official Rules, the decision or interpretation of the Contest Sponsor and/or the Administrator shall prevail. No communication will be entered into except with selected entrants. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor. Any entry that is illegible, incomplete, altered, or contains false information, is invalid. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any Internet or telephone network or broadcast transmission during the Contest Period.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Released Parties shall not be liable for any damages caused or alleged to be caused by or resulting from: (i) any entry, prize or other correspondence or data that is lost, stolen, late, garbled, distorted, delayed, damaged or misdirected for any reason; (ii) any failure, interruption, technical malfunction or delay; (iii) any e-mail, text or other communication sent or received to or from the Contest Sponsor or any of its agents or designees, for any reason; (iv) any incorrect, untimely or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Sites, users or by equipment or programming errors associated with or utilized in the Contest; (v) any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of any entry or entries in the Contest; for problems with the function of any website or website feature, howsoever caused; (vi) the malfunction of, or damage caused to, any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, data, software, online systems, servers or access providers; (vii) any functionality lost due to not having cookies enabled; (viii) traffic congestion on the Internet; (ix) the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks; (x) breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer “hackers” or for any damage caused to or incurred by any entrant or any other person by reason of any such event or occurrence; or (xi) technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions including lost, misappropriated or corrupted entries, virus, worm or Trojan Horse damage or any other damage which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in the Contest.

9. ERRORS

The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of any prize. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Contest or change these Official Rules at any time, at its sole discretion without notice to participants, subject to approval (where required) by the applicable liquor authorities.

10. TERMINATION/MODIFICATION

Subject to applicable law, if the Contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause of any nature whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Released Parties which corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of this Contest, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way.

11. CONSTRUCTION

Subject to applicable law and these Official Rules, this Contest and the Official Rules shall be governed by Ontario law and all entrants expressly agree that the Ontario courts shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Contest and agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. The venue of any dispute or litigation shall be Toronto, Ontario. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

12. PRIVACY

The Sponsor respects your right to privacy. Personal information collected from entrants will only be used by the Contest Sponsor to administer the Contest and fulfill any prize requirements and, only if consent is given at the time of entry, to provide the entrants with information regarding upcoming promotions and/or events from the Contest Sponsor. CAUTION

Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately alter or damage any entry or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify such entrant or individual and seek damages or any other remedy from any such entrant or individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
