Join Mat Collective for a 1-hour flow on the lawn nestled between the trees & our Vancouver Brewpub in the park.
Our practice is designed for all levels, so whether you are new to yoga, or new to a certain style of yoga, you are in the right place!
All yogis receive light refreshments to enjoy after the class, and a Stanley Park Brewing gift.
Itinerary:
7:00-7:30pm – Find your spot on the mat & welcome
7:30-8:30pm – Yoga class
8:30-9:30pm – Sunsetter on the mat
9:30-10:00pm – Cya later!

Our beer garden is on the West side of our Vancouver Brewpub (see map below).
Getting to the event:
Parking is available at our Brewpub or along Lagoon Drive. Walking or biking to the event is encouraged as we cannot guarantee parking available. See our Guide to Stanley Park (2022) here.
