Great, because this position will allow you to do exactly that. The position is essential to our integrated marketing campaigns and focused on building 1:1 relationships with our consumers to elevate their beer experience and connecting them with our values of exploring the outdoors and protecting our environment.

The Brand Experience Specialist is involved in planning and executing our community partnerships & events and plays a key role in ensuring our customers have an authentic experience in which to try our beers and learn about our brand.

Here is a brief list of what you will be working on:

  • Lead our sampling efforts and branded activations in the community.
  • Ensure we build strong relationships with our consumers and gather actionable feedback and insights.
  • Create exciting events and unique shareable moments at our brewpub in Stanley Park.

Through the Brand Experience role, you will develop your competencies with us in several important ways:

  • You will build important relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You will gain meaningful experience to understand our consumer and advocate on their behalf
  • You will be responsible for the planning and execution of important events & programs, which will facilitate vendor management and budget accountability.

This should pave the way for future opportunities on our Sales team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Have a passion for Craft Beer!
  • Demonstrate Initiative & Resourcefulness
  • Possess a ‘Can-Do’ attitude
  • Experience working with customers in the Food & Beverage industry is an asset
  • Sales and/or Marketing experience in a CPG environment is also an asset
GOOD TO KNOW
  • Location is Vancouver-based with travel required inside BC, as well as the occasional trip out-of-province.
  • Flexible work schedule required, including evenings & weekends.

Experience:

  • CPG and/or Food & Beverage industry: 1 year (Preferred)
